Synchronicity: Following the Breadcrumbs of Spirituality
Alchemy is more than transforming base metals into gold
Yesterday, I woke at 4:00 AM from a restless night of non-sleep, to stumble to my desk and scrawl these words in my journal: “Facilitating Transformation through the Alchemy of Community.”
Today I sat down at my desk, unready to work on edits to my website. I remembered I’m in the middle of a Michael Meade course on Fate & Destiny, and it drew me to listen to a bit more. Just minutes in, Meade described the need for alchemy in transforming the leaden aspects of our lives into the soulful gold we are meant to give the world.
I had to pause the video and wonder yet again…
Why, why, why does the word “alchemy” keep appearing to me?
Let’s Google that specific question, I thought, not just the word alchemy, which I’ve already googled many times.
The first entry that appeared in the search was an article by Amelia Marriette, “What does Walking into Alchemy mean? And What is Spiritual Alchemy?” I clicked the link and read. Marriette describes her experience with the word “alchemy” which kept revealing itself to her during her quest to walk a 13-mile stretch in Austria once a week for a year.
