It is looooong, but there may be particular sections of interest to you in terms of motivation and behavior change. I initially focused my research on the relationship between exercise and self-compassion, but that lead to study of an unexpected dance… between body image and self-compassion. I am currently exploring ways to help women navigate those steps through exercise and other wellness behaviors.
